Winnings derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met. If there are active bonus-related bets at the time a withdrawal request is submitted, BigWin88 reserves the right to hold processing until all such bets have been settled.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated. All deposit bonuses offered by BigWin88 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received. For example, a 5× wager requirement means you must place total bets equivalent to 5 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering Calculation Example: You deposit RM100 and receive a 100% bonus = RM100. With a 5× wager requirement, you need to place a total of RM500 in bets (RM100 × 5) before the bonus can be withdrawn. Your original deposit is unaffected and may be withdrawn at any time.
Each bonus has a validity period that begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. Your original deposit will not be affected.
